Our guards are monitored through a central control room manned 24 hours of the day all year round. With us, safety means safety of people and property. Each of our guard has a unique guard number with which they book on and off duty and make regular hourly check calls to our central control room.

We make sure we get it right first time and always. We seek periodic feedback from you to check how we are doing and areas for improvement. We performance – manage and develop our security guards through well thought out performance scorecards premised on a robust performance management system. Our security guards know we take our 360- performance management seriously and they also know YOU are a key part of their performance assessment and progression.
